A six degree temperature and bright blue sky made for a crisp clear day for
railroad photography. Alaska Railroad heavy equipment mechanic Jeff DeBroeck
took the day off work to spend with me chasing a northbound tank train headed
by SD70MAC 4003 from Birchwood to the Ferry bridge. Seen here from the Healey
overpass, these empty tank cars are kicking up the snow as they come roaring
