Sometimes it's all about being in the right place at the right time with the right people. I was out photographing the APU spur at Alaska Mill and Feed Inc. with friends for my modeling project and we heard the call for the APU spur. The spur is seldom photographed and it runs mostly at night. However, with the help of the midnight sun and the great clouds for the background it brought together one of the things I really wanted to catch on my vacation.
