Whenever you are in Wasilla you gotta stop by the Iditarod Headquarters to pet puppies! The headquarters building is open seven days a week from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm and you can learn the history of dog mushing and the race by checking out race footage and viewing trophies, displays, and photos in the Iditarod Museum.  7/17/23
